“Orangetheory was the best thing I did to get back into my gym groove. All of the classes are coached by great coaches with amazing attitudes and energies that make it your workout. The only con would be the monthly membership price (this is now disclosed on Orangetheory’s website).“

“So glad I found an experienced massage therapist who truly knows, understands and practices her craft. Honestly, after each session I felt better. I looked forward to our sessions because I knew that I would feel relaxed and relieved after each encounter. She has GREAT bed side manner. Her hands are truly gifted. The space is private and relaxing. She does have a dog and cat however, you’d never truly know until you see them. I would recommend her space because it is private and relaxing. If you are looking to be serviced by a massage therapist who knowledgeable, kind and caring look no further. Have a GREAT experience!“

“I threw my back out for the third time in the span of a year at the beginning of February '24, and my mother recommended coming here instead of physical therapy. I was nervous, but reached out to inquire, and I received a text back within less than five minutes from the owner Nahar. I scheduled a couple private sessions with her, and then began joining the beginning classes at the studio. After attending a few classes, I began to notice a significant difference in the way my back and pelvis felt, and I began to regain a significant range of motion. I've attended various fitness classes before at other locations and always felt like the instructors had minimal training, so they didn't know what to look for or correct and injuries were always a concern, but to say that Nahar is an expert at her craft is an understatement. She knows how every single movement affects every single thing in the body, and is very good at communicating it in ways everyone can understand. I'm looking forward to progressing through the classes!“
“I joined because I heard PF was a great place. And I liked what I saw. I paid in advance for a year but due to ongoing medical issues with myself and a family member I'm caring for, I was unable to continue. When I signed up I was told I could cancel at anytime, and I attempted to do so.. the staff canceled my membership but I was told they couldn't give me my refund fir the remaining months I PAID FOR. They offered a credit but I explained I wouldn't be conning back. I was told they were sorry and suggested I get a Drs nite, which I refused. I'm being penalized for paying in advance, which I was never told about. Didn't seem fair to keep money I paid abd I'd like a refung. I've filed a complaint with the BBB“
“So I’d like to tell you all about the wonderful experience I’m having at WellNest Studio. I’m in my 70’s and for various reasons have not been doing any exercise for over 5 years. I decided to take back my body so I could enjoy the next phase of my life - retirement!!! A friend told me about WellNest and I decided to give them a try. They’re located in the Peter Harris Plaza and are easy to get to from anywhere. I went in to check it out and met with owner Bill. I walked out all signed up for ten sessions with a Personal Trainer, Jason. I am so glad I took this chance. The gym itself is small and personal but has everything you need. Jason patiently listened while I whined about how I haven’t done anything for such a long time and that I had some ongoing physical issues that made me nervous. He developed a program taking all this into consideration and I’m now in the middle of my second ten sessions. I go twice weekly and Jason continues to listen to me whine and at the same time encourages me to keep going. I totally see a big difference in my abilities and am determined to let him get me to a point that I’m comfortable maintaining. I love that the trainers (Jason for me) listens every session to what I say and adjusts my workout accordingly. I can’t recommend this place or their staff enough. You won’t be sorry if you give it a try!!!“
