“Loved my first and second visit here. Dr. Kipp was pleasantly quirky in a great way. So nice to have an eye exam from someone with a real personality. Bella, the Apprentice Optician was absolutely wonderful. She helped pick my frames and I absolutely love them. Today, she assisted with the fitting. This place is not convenient in terms of where I live, but worth the extra drive time. It will be my go to until I leave Troy, NY.“

“My experience was amazing from start to finish, starting with my consult with Jim at the TLC Albany location. I felt 100% comfortable with the information I received about the procedure from Jim, Kate B. and Dr. Hunt. Any questions I asked about the procedure they answered and I was ready to book that day. On my surgery day again I was met with a great team of Kate ,Dr. Hunt, and Dr Schultze, eager to answer my questions in depth and make me comfortable. They explained step by step during the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns for follow up. Several hours post op I was experiencing typical symptoms that were very uncomfortable which led to a office phone call with a very reassuring response to my concern. I truly felt the entire process was so easy! I'm so glad I had a great team to execute my Lasik journey! Thank you to everyone at the TLC Albany!“

“I’ve been here twice with glasses emergencies. Both times was in and out within 20 minutes with my expectations exceeded. First time glasses were broken, was told by another place that i had to get a jeweler to solder them and that they wouldn’t attempt to help. Again was in and out of walmart with the repair made within 20minutes. Second time my frames were snapped in half. Was told by two other places that they would have to order me frames and that it would be about 2-3 weeks. I was in and out of walmart within 20 minutes again with new frames for $9!! I didn’t need anything special as i have an appt with the VA in 2 weeks but cannot go without seeing for that long. Great customer service!!!“

“Colleen and Lori at the Target Optical are BOTH OUTSTANDING!!!!! AND they should seriously be rewarded for their, Kindness, Expertise and Patience with me. They were willing (and did) give me OVER 2 hours of their time, I am embarrassed to say! Who does that?! I asked a lot of questions and each one was answered with Kindness, Patience and Expertise that one does NOT find. Dr. Mamoud was Excellent, too, answering all my questions and giving me a clean bill of health. Amen! I feel the people who operate that branch of Target Optical should (really) get a raise (in Salary!) I first tried to go to Walmart for an eye exam. But Target Optical's whole process is more smooth, and comprehensive. It's ALWAYS the people that make the difference, not the product. I WILL be back!“
