Each visit to Albany Eye has been a great experience. The techs are pleasant and explain what they are doing and why, which eases any anxiety. Dr. Epstein is great and I always feel heard and understood. It feels like a partnership. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. I am really grateful to have found this practice.
Recently I went for an eye exam. I’ve been going here for years and feel comfortable with the care I receive. During my recent visit a young man Parker Alber helped by doing the necessary tests prior to seeing Dr Patel. Matt was very kind, and interested in my experiences and he showed concern and empathy. What a wonderful young man. Prior to seeing Matt, I saw Molly, who was equally as nice. The staff are wonderful as are the doctors here.
I have been coming to Albany Eye Associates for 30 years and have seen a progressive improvement in efficiency, staff friendliness and professionalism and overall patient experience. The front desk staff is welcoming, warm and SO patient.The back-end staff introduces themselves, explains each exam/procedure and informs and educates.I am also keenly aware that they all the staff I've observed adhere to infection control standards (clean hands, clean equipment) 100% of the time. Pretty impressive.Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!
