But last week we saw a leak where the drains were reconnected. Are furnace went day before Thanksgiving are furnace was the original furnace from 1950's it was a monster we didn't want bother anyone day ofthanksgiving so my husband called day after and they came right out now we are new client and they did that that was awesome!!! So today they replaced the old furnace with a new one this is a two man company they worked all day and did marvelous job!! “We recently had problems with our AC unit, which was installed by Albany Mechanical just over a year ago. The compressor had trouble starting or wouldn’t start at all. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, Albany Mechanical worked to solve the problem. They took a systematic/methodical approach replacing one component at a time to determine root cause. Each component needed some run-time to confirm if it was the root cause of the problem or not. After replacing the contactor relay, the main breaker, and the capacitor, it was ultimately determined to be a failed pressure switch on the coolant line, which was replaced, and the problem was solved. Each step of the way, Albany Mechanical was very quick to respond, conscientious, and listened carefully to my input and observations. Plus, they honored the warrantee to ensure all my costs were covered, at no charge to me. Though it took some time to figure out (that’s how trouble-shooting works), the team did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work and their approach.“

“When our boiler stopped working we didn't have a company due to new ownership and the boiler was installed by the previous owner.
So I did a search and A. Johnson's site popped up. I went to their site, read all the reviews and called them.
Best decision I ever made!
When I called, Lisa took all my information and and scheduled a site visit for that day.
When Brian arrived he immediately started checking every component on our ancient boiler and advised us that it was time for major repairs and or replacement.
He took several photos of inner core and the amount of rust and the number of small holes were alarming.
The very next day Chris came and advised us of our options. There was no pressure or attempts to up-sell or add on things that weren't needed.
We settled on a replacement boiler and install was scheduled for four days later .
On install day Brandon, Ben, and Zach worked 9 hours on the removal of the old boiler and install of the new one. Because it was a high effort boiler it required a few extra things that the old didn't have.
They did an amazing job!
Removed the old boiler and all the packaging and the debris from the new boiler.
I would highly recommend A. Johnson for any new installs and repairs of current ones!
