“I will admit that I do not have the knowledge and background to understand acupuncture and evaluate the skill of an acupuncturist. One thing I do have, however, is an ability to evaluate the way a customer is taken care of and the caring and compassion of the practitioner. It is on these latter factors that I give Eric kudos. Having recently been to another acupuncture practice in the area that felt like an assembly line and where information was hard to get this practice is completely different. You are greeted at each visit by Eric, who performs your treatment and a brief interval history is taken. He explains what he is doing and answer his questions, fully and patiently. He also has recommended some other measures that he felt would be helpful for me. He has a sliding fee scale, which impressed me tremendously. The fees are very reasonable to begin with, and I’m sure he would not be judgmental if you chose the lower end of the scale.

I am trying to be patient waiting for improvement, but in the meantime, I look forward to my visits. I have confidence that he will be honest about whether he can be helpful or not.“
