“I can not say enough positive things about Lianne and Centered Stillness Acupuncture! I initially started acupuncture because of hip pain. Acupuncture has helped my pain tremendously. I am no longer waking up 2 times per night to take Tylenol and avoided cortisone shots. My reflux has improved greatly. She works on anything that is ailing you. You just need to be patient and give it some time.“

“I have been suffering with lower left leg pain for a couple of years. Acupuncture was the last resort since my rheumatologist wouldn’t prescribe other than OTC drugs. The treatments have been very helpful in pain management and I highly recommend it.“

“it is important for her to know as much as possible about her patient. She is encouraging and thorough- she genuinely wants the patient to explain to her exactly the issue(s) that led you to seek out acupuncture. The overall feeling when you walk into her office is serenity. The acupuncture process was smooth and not painful. Two hours later i am still feeling no pain after the acupuncture and cupping she performed. ??“

“I was out riding my adventure motorcycle this weekend, 75 miles of pure hell trails through the deepest darkest forest of New York State. The roads were rough the speeds were fast and our group Road harder than the Lone Ranger trying to save Tonto. I woke up the next day every joint in my body hurt. My neck my back pretty much everywhere. Appointment here to see if it would get rid of the pain. I was very happy when I left the appointment. Feeling much better then before I went. And the next day even better. Very happy I chose dr. Singer. I probably should make my next appointment ahead of time knowing my next ride will probably be just as intense and painful. But no way am I givingup the crazy trails, high speeds and awsome evil Knievel jumps! And now I don't have to with help from the doc.“

“I had been dealing with a long-term injury for the last 6 years (broken heel bone) and before I started working with Chris, I still felt stuck at 75% or so. I still couldn't really walk long distances and return to the things I love to do without pain. When I called a variety of acupuncturists in the Albany area to see if they could help, Chris was the only one who personally called me back. I'm glad he did, because in 6 weeks of working with him I've returned back to 95%. I'm hiking, walking long distances, and by all accounts - am healed. It's special to write this, thank you Chris.“

“We relocated from NYC 5 years ago and I've been going to Dr. Wang ever since. I've used a few Chinese and American acupuncturists throughout my journey and believe Dr. Wang is the best. She is very knowledgeble and personable and her treatments are effective. I have used her services for helping me through chronic fatigue, various aches, mood issues, insomnia, detox, balancing of hormones and energy, and she gives me facials. I also brought my son who has ASD, who after 6+ years of needing to stay with him every night until he fell asleep, and anytime he awakened at night, Dr. Wang fixed his anxiety in just one session! She improved his enegy, in conventional terms: mitochondrial dysfunction, that he is suffering from in subsequent treatments. She is very organized, she fills her several treatment rooms and she is usually booked a week in advance. She is admirable, helpful and has a great sense of humor - which I discovered when I took my son to see her. I highly recommend her!“

“Quick Background: I’ve seen over 40 different acupuncturists located in various places (5 states in the US, China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, and Australia). I am well versed on the various techniques practiced by different countries. That said, Dr. Wei is the most knowledgeable acupuncturist I have ever visited.Dr. Wei:Dr. Wei is the acupuncturist to see if you’ve tried others and didn’t have good results, want someone who can root out your systemic health issues (especially if your GP can’t figure it out), want someone who recognizes the benefits of both Eastern and Western medicine need someone who can treat all your symptoms faster than most can treat a few things (she can accurately lay down 20 needles in the same time it takes most to put in less than half of that), and want someone who can fix what others could not. I could never get all my issues treated in one single session the way Dr. Wei does. It amazes me each visit on how well she has every point on every meridian memorized with an efficiency that only comes about after decades of experience.Office:The office is exceptionally clean and is conveniently located within a few miles of I90 and I87. It is designed the same way most acupuncture/medical clinics look in China. The focus is on functionality. If you prefer an office with the music, essential oils, etc., then this may not be the best fit. However, if that is your priority over receiving effective treatment, then you may want to look elsewhere. This isn’t a spa, it’s a clinic. There are some clinics that have more of a focus on providing a relaxing spa like environment. I enjoy those as well, but I much prefer getting the best treatment I can for money being spent. One huge bonus for me is she takes VA insurance, which most offices do not. She also uses a better STIM machine than what I’ve had used on me in other locations.I’ve seen some complaints about miscommunication. Just be direct and explain the problem, she will handle the rest and will ask you questions as needed based on what she sees during her examination.“
