“I'm writing this from the perspective of a Physician. I visited this location on Thursday - 15 August 2024 and was treated by Leah Aminov, PA-C; - I was immediately impressed upon arriving at the facility. The Parking Lot was spacious and easy to maneuver around. Upon arrival, I was greeted by several friendly Staff, Front End Gals and Medical Assistants; Everyone is beautiful! The waiting room was clean and comfortable; - I was able to Check In - Using an iPad System; - It could not have been easier. I was immediately impressed with PA Aminov; She was compassionate, friendly and pleasant. She listened to all my complaints/concerns and addressed them carefully, expertly and expeditiously. She ensured that pain was kept to a minimum throughout the various dermatological procedures that she executed. She was highly skilled and experienced and I can say with certainty, she did an amazing job. I also want to bring attention and thanks for her taking her time; - You won't feel rushed with PA Aminov; This is quite the contrary to many of the experiences I've had in Dermatology practices in South Florida. This was refreshing. Anyways - I want to thank PA Aminov and her team for taking such great care of me. Special "Shout Out" to PA Aminov's Assistant "Mia" - who was incredibly kind, professional and helpful! I would trust this practice to care for my very own patients and my family members. “If you are looking to get any type of dermatology work done, don't hesitate to come here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff I have ever met. They made me feel so welcomed. For it being my first time getting laser treatment I have never felt in better hands. The office is extremely clean and sanitized. Dr. Gasiorowski was an absolute dream to work with and her assistant made sure to explain everything to me during the process because they knew I was nervous. I will continue to come back here and this will be the only place I ever go to from now on. “I live in MI but was going to be in town and scheduled a Diamond Glow Facial! This office is clean and the set up and decor is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, loooooved their LI sign where you can take a pic! Sadly, I was chatting away and forgot to take one! The check-in process was smooth and I was treated by Jessica in a timely manner. A true spa experience, the atmosphere was tranquil and Jessica’s technique was one I had never experienced. I cannot wait to go back! I’ve had a hydrafacial and microdermabrasion, the Diamond Glow facial combines both. Anyone can use that machine but the actual experience will vary. In my personal experience, every aesthetician has their own way of doing things and I LOVED how well Jessica took care of me and my skin. i 100% recommend this dermatology practice. The office manager, Ingrid, helped me sign up for their rewards program, which was unexpected but a bonus and blessing! ;) Everyone was truly kind and you can just tell from the spa side that the medical side runs pretty smooth as well.
