“Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called him at 8pm in desperate need of a plumber to get my water back on due to the shut off valve on my water hose line being non existent and the threads on the piping corroding so bad that I was unable to screw my water hose spigot back onto the pipe. After a few minutes of talking with Jim I knew he was the right guy for the job. He came over promptly and got my water back on for me that night! After further reviewing my water hose line he informed that he’d be able to replace the line, add a shut off valve, and add a frost free hose bib for a very affordable price. All in all the fact that I didn’t have to sacrifice my first born child to receive great service was a winner for me. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient Jim is the right guy to call every time.“

Dennis Covell technician was engaged to perform the annual maintenance of our year old furnace.
In doing so he explained how we would benefit from an, “ add-on” which is to keep mold from forming.
His informational, “ pitch” was well presented and received as we bought.
Looking forward to seeing him tomorrow when he will come to perform the installation.
