2nd time in this establishment and I was ROBBED !!!!! I was charged 120.00$ And what I asked for was a “Wash and Blow out”. The max pricing for a wash and set is 90 and for a blowout was 80 and I opted out of the Curler set. When I asked what am I being charged for they told me a wash and deep condition a blow out and a trim. I then reminded them that I only asked for a wash and blowout. They did not budge on the price regardless of the fact that I didn’t ask for any of the extra charges. Amazing experience until I was robbed !! This establishment is lucky I’m a decent human being because I didn’t have to give them the full amount.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

3 stars for the inconsistency. I like this place. It's close to my house I can walk here if I like or drive and park locally or in the strip mall across the street. It has a clean bathroom and the stylist offer an array of services. It's the attitude (-1) and the inconsistency (-1) that left me not wanting to return. I feel like some of the employees have a not so nice attitude and sometimes they talk about you in Spanish (and when they found out I spoke Spanish one of them got upset as if it were my fault that I understood and didn't say anything). Staff was very nice salon was also very clean. I'm giving two stars because the women who had cut my hair had no idea how to cut curly hair, my hair is 3B curls which is not difficult to work with in my opinion . I am so upset and disappointed with my hair cut. I take very good care with my hair and Now I feel so self conscious leaving it out. I had asked for lots of layers on top but keeping the length with just a slight trim on the ends. My hair looks NOTHING close to what I asked for. She cut the top of my “bangs” so short that when dry it looks so bad. Please please do not come here if you are cutting your curly hair and do not speak Spanish. Maybe that...read full review
