Months have gone by, and there is no update on my annual exam. The Cambria Heights location is never open, and I'm never able to speak to someone, and the voicemail is always full. I called the union tpke location, and there was no answer, but I was able to leave a message. That's not my location, but I would like to speak to someone. I've never received this kind of issue with a medical office. Unprofessional is, to put it mildly. Oh, wait...Smile Crafters is right across the street. They're just as bad...no worse. They try to scam you into financing. They're giving Cambria Heights a bad name.

You come to this office you’re going to wait forever one day i came after a long day of work they put me in one of the rooms i sat there for 2 hours i came out of the room no one was there they completely forgot about me.

As much as I love my doctor dearly, this office has pluses and minuses. Due to its room capacity, the medical office over booked its patients. I was never called by the receptionist until one hour after my appointment time and never seen by my obgyn one hour again after checking in. The worst part was another car blocked my car and have to wait for her to be done so I could get out from the second lane of the parking lot. Is it worth coming here? I'd been using the Glen Oaks office thinking the wait time over there is bad but here is worst. The good thing being here, bigger waiting room, beautiful office and with good decorations to look on while passing time.
