I love the way my hair looked when I was done at Jackie’s. It was smooth and silky when I was done I felt so pretty, they also did not over charge me like some people. Jackie was really nice and even the products they put in my hair you can tell they love taking good care of their customers. The lady who did my hair was so nice she cut my hair so neat and perfect. Not sure why the terrible reviews. I went to this salon a coupe of weeks ago, as a walk in client and they took great care of my hair. During the service, the hairstylist asked me if I wanted to try a color and I was VERY hesitant, for the color I love, I only trust a salon in Chicago to do, because they seemed to be the only ones to get the formula right. I took a chance allowing this place to (after having to have color cleanses at other placed who've attempted) and they gave me spot on what I wanted!! Couldn't believe it. I am so satisfy with the job done by jackie, she gave me her honest opinion on the look I wanted and gave me suggestions that turn out to be a masterpiece. Love it!!!This bob brings the wild me❤
