I have been a customer for 4 years. Previously I used to go to the big chain stores like Pearle , Cohen's etc and decide, during COVID, that I should give my business to a local merchant, if I got good service!! I walked into the Eye Lab and hadn't even read any reviews. Bruce, the owner, was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't get glasses that day because I wasn't prepared, however, I returned a couple of weeks later to buy myglasses and I have been a loyal customer ever since! I wouldrecommend getting your glasses here as Bruce is attentive, knowledgeable, cares about your satisfaction and is very professional.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Assisted my daughter and I with purchasing new glasses and helped me fill out my UFT form to submit. Will be returning for sure!
