Kevin came highly recommended from our contractor. From the very beginning, Kevin was very responsive and up front about pricing and timing. He's so organized and keeps track of every conversation. It took me a couple months to decide when to start the work, but when I finally called him, he had all of our notes to hand and was ready to start. He was very patient in taking me through pictures of railings and all the options available. He even made a special trip to show me paint samples. He educated me all along the way. THE WORST. I waited 8 weeks for my job to be done and the paint started to come out of the railing the first time it rained. They never answer the phone and when they do its always a story.
