I've been trying to get an appointment for a consultation and it's been difficult trying to get a hold of a representative. If I didn't call to confirm for my appointment today I wouldn't of known the representative couldn't make it today. I would of been waiting for the representative for nothing.
Had a great experience from Start to finish! Mr Agrest took the time to bring the samples to me and to give me the best options for what I needed! I love my new pleated shades and silhouettes! I would highly recommend.them!
Always a pleasure. 3rd job with them. Door and windows were installed on schedule and without issue. Lots of shade options and Scott is always helpful coordinating with shades. Hunter Douglas experts.
