Overall, I had a very good experience in this urgent care, but I have to tell the problem is the people who work at the front desk. They are really very neglecting the customers they’re not taking well. They always busy in the system doing something else and wasting time of the customers I feel they need to learn little more things and start working very fast. Take care of all the customers and provide them with the best service so they can attract more customers otherwise they’re going to lose it but overall inside they treat me very well. They gave me very good medication and highly recommended urgent care.
People who work at the front desk they are really, very, very bad people very rude. No good response to the customers and a patient. They just resting a time. I really disagree with them. They are really very bad people. They need to be educate themselves. How to communicate with the customers otherwise they’re going to get a really, really very bad name with the people because they are very rude and irresponsible people that working in the front desk
Dr Jannet, Trishana and Artur were very friendly professional timely cleanly establishment and also I like how it’s not overly crowded got my girls in and out and Dr Janet doesn’t just push them back to school the next day she actually give them time to heal
