“After my eye exam, which was great, the counter help jumped on me like flies on crap. The young lady was shoving frames at me so fast, my head was spinning. She and a second person kept telling me how cool I looked no matter what frame I had on. I am a 67 year old male, I am way past my looking cool days. One woman that was not helping me, looked over the shoulder of the woman that was helping me and shouted to me, "you should buy two pairs of glasses", smiled and kept walking by. They just wanted to make a quick sale. I liked one frame that had a tint of blue in it. I didn't care about the blue but the frame was very comfortable. One day while outside in the sun, my friend asked why I bought purple frames. Little to my knowledge, outside in the sun, the frame was purple. Again, I am a 67 year old male. I do not want purple frames. I went back about a week past the 30 days to see if I can get them replaced. I will mention one name because she was very polite, courteous and got me the replacement without trying to tell me how cool I looked and I should keep the purple frames. Thank you Beth.
