“I made an appointment for my annual bloodwork. They accept walk ins however be warned they honor appointments before walk in appointments. My appointment was at 10:45. I arrived at 10:40. I would have given 5 stars, however the check in process (scan ID) was a little bit of a process. Other than that, I sat down for maybe 3 to 5 minutes and was called back. The waiting area was clean. There were several patients in the waiting area when I arrived so I figured I would be waiting awhile, but everything was great. I used the restroom before having my blood drawn, again clean. The person that called me back was nice , she engaged in small talk while pulling up the order from my doctor, took my blood, wished me a great weekend and I was on my way. They have a shared free parking lot however it is shared with a grocery store and the lot is not a big lot. I didn't have any issues, someone was backing out as I was coming in however I drive a Range Rover, and the spots are tight.“

“I really like East River Medical Imaging. I was sent here for an ultrasound and arrived early expecting it to be packed. The wait was minimal as they greeted me upon arrival, checked me in, and had me wait at most 10 minutes before I was called in. The office was quiet and clean. The receptionist were lovely. The tech doing the ultrasound was straight to the point and had me in and out in no time. I now only go to East River's many locations for my imaging needs over every other imaging center in the city. It's always a great experience at all of their locations and they really do accommodate you if it's a rushed service that's required.“

He pointed out that my pain was due to my muscles being too tight. I called and scheduled the appointment on the same day. My back started feeling better right away. “I have been seeing Dr. Liu for about 3yrs now. She is great, very attentive and very informative. Dr. Liu is a great PCP. She is knowledgeable and always provides me with the best care. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting time is long. You usually wait for 30minutes to 1hr.“

Win) great gynecologist (Dr. Artur) w/ his assistant (I never got her name) and the whole process of checking in, getting labs, medications, referrals, scheduling, etc was super efficient. Janitorial services does a wonderful job keeping the clinic presentable and clean! I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family :)“
