If I could leave half a star I would, our experience with this company revealed a significant flaw in their record-keeping system among other things. We were informed that they could not locate our contract, attributing the issue to their reliance on paper records. This lack of organization has resulted in incorrect billing, further compounding the challenges we've encountered. This fundamental error not only raises concerns about their operational efficiency but also casts doubt on the accuracy of the services they claim to provide and caused a huge headache for us

This service company has proven to be exceptionally disappointing. While they are prompt in sending invoices and contract renewals, their diligence appears to be limited to administrative tasks. Despite our company's payment for bi-annual maintenance and service, the scheduled maintenance is consistently delayed by 2-3 months. Consequently, equipment issues arise, prompting us to request service calls. The overall experience has been a disorganized nightmare, and we are left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
