A Gentleman by the name of Francisco is an amazing locksmith that helped when it came to replacing a door lock mechanism. He also took the time to explain what was going on (3 C’s; Concern, Cause, Correction as I like to call it). He was also very pleasant, knowledgable, precise, and tidy during his repair. I will definitely be requesting and recommending him when necessary. 10/10 best locksmith I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Had a wonderful experience with Mike and his team. They replaced all of my homes ductwork while I was completing multiple construction projects. The team was meticulous and detailed with the install, all during a heat wave. They worked quickly to get my airhandler back up and running and Mike was consistently detailed in his communication and took calls on the weekend to answer all my questions.

We recently visited to purchase a family stone. We worked with Ray who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped guide us and help us to pick the perfect stone and style for our loved one. We have looked at multiple memorial places, and Ray was by far the most knowledgeable person we have encountered. He really made this that experience much easier for us and we left a very satisfied.
Restoration operators were hired to remove the standing water in my home after a flood. We then used the same company as our contractors to rebuild the house. Cole was our representative for water restoration and he was amazing. He was on point with everything and not one complain about him. Jose SAMANIEGO was then hired as a the project manager and he was excellent as well. He was very informative about what had to be done and took me step by step on what will happen in the home. Jorge was then the person in our home doing the work and he was amazing. His work is very neat and took his time doing everything i asked. Highly recommended.

Amazing job power washing my home. The home I purchased has aluminum siding, which does not thrill me, but the Dennis Adams crew got all of the dirt off the house, the stone patio, the roof, even the molding around the garage doors that had turned black looks like new!

My father passed away about a month ago, we knew it was coming for some time. I had never had to plan for something like this and was overwhelmed trying to make arrangements while taking my father to appointments and spending time with my mother, who was also in decline. I got in contact with Ballard-Durand and they were fantastic! There was always someone getting right back to me about ANY question, and there were LOTS. Even after he passed, they continued to reach out with condolences and aftercare arrangements to help relieve me of many of the little jobs that none of us ever think about. I honestly don't know how I would have pulled it all together without their help.
