My puggle Layla is very nervous & skeptical but Julie took her time to let Layla roam around the salon before her appointment to warm up, and I didn't feel rushed when dropping her off. Julie's dog comes to work with her and she's a doll too! At other salons, I've picked up my dog after the appointment and she's visibly distressed for the rest of the day. Julie called me to let me know Layla was close to being done and when I arrived, Layla was hanging out behind the desk, comfortable behind a playpen gate (but not in a kennel) next to Julie while Julie was working on her next dog client. “Best groomer (Starr) Ive ever gone to!! Did exactly what i asked when it came to the service and specifically haircut. He didn't even look like he wanted to leave when I went to go pick him up ?. He loved it there. She showed me around before I left him and he also doesn't like his paws clipped but for her it was no problem. She was extremely kind, very patient yet got him out within under 2 hours, very professional and treated my dog with love and respect! “This was my pups first time getting groomed. Amir was very patient and caring. He took his time and is very aware of the dog's emotional state and wants to ensure that the dog has a good grooming experience. Unfortunately, my pup was very anxious and Amir opted not to finish which was okay to me as I'd rather he not finish than have a forever traumatized dog. Amir offered to discount the service.
