“The staff and doctors are amazing here. When my dog woke up he was struggling to breathe. They took him right away and started treating him. They reviewed next steps and let me know I could call for updates at any time. When they called me, they went thru the diagnosis, next steps, what was happening and why, how they were addressing the issues and how he was doing. They did not rush me off the phone but rather made sure I understood and was feeling better if I could give them a million stars, I would. They saved his life. Thank you so much!! “We booked a walk in nail trim for my dog Tilda SweetFoot. She's terrible when it comes to getting her nails done. But the groomer met her at the door, made her as comfy as possible, and they did the moonwalk into the grooming area. But that I mean, she pulled the entire time, resisting. But after a few minutes she returned, happy and all buffed up. The groomer said that he just needed to take it slow with her, but that she was a good girl. Which was soooo nice to hear, because most return her all annoyed and mad that she's so difficult. One even said she wouldn't cut her nails anymore. So papaws definitely has the touch. I can't thank you all enough. We will be back for a trim soon again.“

She reassured me ten times over he would be okay - and he was never as calm for this before as he was this time around with her. She probably baby talked him more than I did which is rate! “I never leave reviews but given my history with losing my rabbit in a neuter surgery, I was hesistant to have my new rabbit get spayed. I went to this vet for the surgery and I an so happy I did. You can definitely trust this place with your pet. They are very informative, gentle, and kind. They are thorough with their work and they care about the animals. I brought my rabbit in for a spay and they did a fantastic job. She is healing super quickly and healthy. 100/10 - I highly recommend.“

“We love Pooch Parlor! We have been regular customers of theirs for almost two years and could not be more pleased with their grooming, service and convenience. My pup's ever-growing Maltese hair combined with his tightly wound poodle curls have been tricky for some groomers to manage, but not Pooch Parlor. Would give them 10 stars if I could.“
