“I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“

“If you are looking to get any type of dermatology work done, don't hesitate to come here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff I have ever met. They made me feel so welcomed. For it being my first time getting laser treatment I have never felt in better hands. The office is extremely clean and sanitized.
