“This is the warmest and most welcoming physical therapy center, I have ever been. Kashara is so warm and friendly, greets me by name as I walk in and says you are all checked in as I hang up my coat.As I get older, I forget more, she is so kind and patient, and hands me another printout of my appointment time. I have had rotator cuff impingement which has only become more painful over the years and failed to respond well to physical therapy in the past. Bryan knows what he is doing and has worked miracles as the pain is almost completely gone. His knowledge base seems unlimited and he is always positive and encouraging. What I like most, is it doesn't matter regarding your age, gender, socioeconomic or cultural background, every patient is treated as an important person with value and dignity.“

“I see the reviews for this urgent care are not stellar. I think it might be luck of the draw here. But since I came to this location 3 times alone in the month of February, I have to say the care I have received here has been pretty great. Some of the receptionist staff can be a little cold but there is an older woman there checking people in and she is very kind and patient. I have gone at different times of day. The one time I went in the evening I was there for a long time and I saw Dr Susan Romano and she was beyond through and tested me for everything and then some. She was wonderful and truly caring. The most recent time I went midday and I was there for quite a bit they got me back fast but I sat around for an hour in the room waiting for the dr. So that wasn’t my best experience there but at the ends of the day my needs were met. My most recent visit was early morning I got right back and Dr Michael Bentley took care of me. Very nice gentlemen he was kind and attentive. Explained things well and I felt cared for. And I will say all of the times I have been there ALL of the nurses were great! Very kind and gentle. This is just my experience as of recent and wanted to share this because I think the staff deserve some recognition working during these rough times. Everyone is overworked and it’s easy to write a bad review but I wanted to share some positive news for once. Thank you for taking care of me I will definitely go back but hopefully I don’t need to return for a long time!“
