I see the reviews for this urgent care are not stellar. I think it might be luck of the draw here. But since I came to this location 3 times alone in the month of February, I have to say the care I have received here has been pretty great. Some of the receptionist staff can be a little cold but there is an older woman there checking people in and she is very kind and patient. I have gone at different times of day. The one time I went in the evening I was there for a long time and I saw Dr Susan Romano and she was beyond through and tested me for everything and then some. She was wonderful and truly caring. I had to get a Covid PCR test done for work so I came here and it honestly blow my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and both the nurse and PA I saw were fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t remember the nurses name but she was extremely sweet and even said to me that she hoped I feel better soon as she left when she got my vitals. Alexa Watt was the PA that saw me and she was on top of her game. She did the test very fast and efficiently and even wrote up a doctors note for me when I mentioned that I needed a PCR test for work. I took my daughter in there on Thursday and it took them three and a half hours for my daughter to seen not only one of the the staff that took my daughter's vitals never put in the information so we had to wait longer because they never checked her in or pushed the button for checked in and now it is Sunday and I still don't have the results to my daughter's covid test and when I call it says that they're closed even though it says they're open on their website
