Whatever you do avoid this place like the plague. My wife went in there with chest pains from an infection in her lungs caused from Covid. Not only did they not even bother testing her but their recommendation was hot tea and honey... are you effing kidding me?!?!? If you have bronchitis or any chest infection it has always been my understanding that you need a freaking antibiotic! These people are useless. I went to them years ago and had the same experience with this clown show. I thought they would at least be a new batch of clowns when I sent my wife there big mistake

I do not recommend this urgent care facility. I went here to get checked out for pneumonia as I had been exposed to someone who had it. I walked into the facility and signed in as you normally would and ended up waiting almost two hours in my car while I was uncomfortable hot and coughing. I was called to be registered and had to call back after 30 minutes to ask when I would be admitted. I saw people come and go from the facility as I sat in my car as well. I am not happy and will not be going here again anytime that I am sick.

This rating just reflects the process here. We walked in at 4:20.. wrote our name on the clipboard and waited.. they checked us in after awhile and said we should have called to get on the list. This was not on the website at all! This needs to be in bold letters! We were told we had to wait in the car until called. We left the urgent care at 7:45. That's a really long time to wait. The positive is both the pa and doctor were amazing with my son. I honestly felt they treated my son and myself like our primary physicians. They didn't make me feel stupid for bringing my son in with his residual cough. They explained everything perfectly. They listened to my five year old and I appreciate them treating him so wonderfully. Again review rating was just based on the 3+ hour wait. They really need more staff if they are this busy.
