Trilogy is absolutely wonderful!! I have cancer and needed to gain back strength after treatment. In my search for help to do this, I found trilogy. It has been a fantastic help in my health journey. I go a few times a week for 30 minute training with a one on one coach.Everyone there is kind, compassionate, extremely patient ( I forget a lot) and most importantly knowledgeable! I am getting stronger and feeling better thanks to Trilogy!

My deck was built by Local Crafters Construction, LLC and we could not be happier. Even though the deck was only about 98 feet square the team used high quality wood grained composite materials to showcase the deck and extra wide open stairs. LLC helped us chose the best design to fit our backyard. If you are looking to build, replace or extend a deck give them a call. Each individual member's work and customer service is excellent.
Great place to get local eggs ?. They have lots of other good stuff like bacon ?, smoked pork chops and so much more. They also have other vendors come in with fresh baked items from the Island! ?
So I called Just Right H & C on Jan 2, 2025 to come and replace what I thought was a defective control panel. Joel answered the phone and gave me a price and time that he would have someone come to fix it. True to his word Mike and Adam arrived at 1200. Mike and Adam looked it over and found the problem almost immediately (Did not need control panel), but rather I had a fuse missing that I never knew was there. They got the furnace running in no time and did a Tune up on both furnaces as requested. I worked in this industry for many years back in the 80s & 90s and I can honestly say these guys are good. Hire this company!! I don't typically write reviews, however in this case it is definitely warranted. We hired Nickel City to install our new hardwood flooring, covering the entirety of our first floor. Everything regarding our project went smoothly, and on time. The installer who came into our home to do the installation was consistently on time, courteous, and almost unbelievably neat. At the end of every day, everything was cleaned up and left as orderly as possible. It certainly made living in a construction project much easier on us. Their finished product looks amazing. From the flooring to the newly installed moulding, we really couldn't be happier with the outcome. Every interaction we have had with Nickel City, from our first interaction at the home show, through product selection, estimates, and finally installation, have been stellar. They went out of their way to be sure we were happy with the finished product, and we definitely are. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have their new flooring installed.Hire this company!

Went to see Sarah today to have my extensions that were put in in Colorado taken out and sewn back in. She totally exceeded my expectations, listened to what I struggled with when they were first tied it, made them absolutely seamless and the 3 hours in the chair went by so fast. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for any of your hair needs. So happy I found her!
I moved back to WNY a year and a half ago. Within the first 2-3 days I was in my house, the hot water heater died. I called Grand Jude in the morning and they showed up and had a new water heater installed that same afternoon, at a price lower than I had paid for a replacement for one at my previous house in another state. Then a few months later my sewer line was clogged. They came first thing the next day and in a couple hours had it all snaked out (tons of tree roots). Then my toilet was leaking at the base. Again, they were here the next day to re-seat it with a new fitting and even replaced the plastic water hose with a stainless one at no extra charge. And now yesterday, again they had to come out to clean out the roots from my sewer line and were done in an hour at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with these folks and will continue to give them my business.

I called them because we had a bee problem in our basement they came to my house and said hey you have a bee problem I said yes that's why I called you. they had no idea where the bees were coming from and said to call us if we find out where they are, Next day got a bill for $140. For what I asked, they said our technician had to get into his car and drive over the two blocks to come to your house. they did no treatment guy walked in the door and said you have a bee problem, did not look at anything else did not even walk around our outside of house. I did find the hive and was told sorry we don't go on roofs, really. I called Logan Pest Removal at 716-370-6125, they removed the hive and charged less than this company billed me for doing NOTHING. Logan Pest Solutions wouldnt charge me unless they removed the problem, which they did in 30 mins. update: they called a few days later, apologized and updated our bill to a zero balance in the end they did the right thing

Taking a moment to share some love with The Pit Chic and owner Kelli. I've collaborated with Kelli on training and care of several rescue dogs. She is professional, caring and compassionate. And, not just to the dogs but to the people attached to them. In a rescue world, that is very hard to do. While others get burned out or bitter, Kelli has been able to see good in people and pets and help however she can.

My favorite spot to get my nails done! I've recently been trying to stop biting my nails and the only way to do that is to get them done. I used to go just for special occasions but I started going regularly at the end of March. They are always accommodating whether you walk in or make an appointment. I usually get Tom and he does an amazing job every time! I've got Tim a few times and he does a great job too! I just like getting very natural, basic colors and I am never pressured to go longer or get any sort of design. I love it here!
Thomas was great from start to finish. After searching for affordable quartz, I heard about epoxy countertops and heard reviews from some recent clients. Thomas's showroom was filled with gorgeous, brilliant countertops. It actually looked like an artist painted them. I'd never seen quartz countertops that were that unique and beautiful. We’re traveling from Florida and needed haircuts we had no idea where to go. We decided to try Supercuts. We made 2 haircut appointments on line for Saturday with George. We arrived had a minimal wait. My husband went first really loved the cut George gave him. I was next and not sure he was ready for my thick hair. I was wrong!!! At first I thought this is not going to work then I was pleasantly surprised and what a great cut he gave me!!! Kudos to George you are the best.

I'm originally from Lewiston, so I have been going to Niagara Falls Nail and Spa on military Road for years. For those that are unaware, they are one of the busiest nail salons in the area, and unless you have an appointment there (or get there right when they open or before they're going to close ) you're usually waiting.
Don't get me wrong, I love my Niagara Falls salon, but I wanted to try something closer to my home on Grand Island. I pulled into LJ Nails & Spa on a Saturday afternoon (a time when normally salons are packed on weekends) and I was taken right away.
Nina was wonderful, personable and my nails look amazing. She also completed my service with high quality and in such an impressive time.
I encourage anyone on the island (or the surrounding areas) to try them out. They were great!
