I think that the customer service was great. However, I came in to have a gel manicure removed and then to have just a regular manicure. I come from Los Angeles where its never cost me more than $5 to have gel removed. I arrived 6:25pm and I was out of there at 6:36pm. The manicure was not thorough at all and the total cost came to $35 and I left a $5 tip. Again, while i though the customer service was great, I think the service was overpriced for what I received. I have never had a manicure take less than 20-30 minutes, but this one was probably less than 5 minutes.

Sadly don’t think I’ll go back. Been going here for years but more than once I’ve left bleeding from a cut cuticle. Linda is great but everyone else has been unfriendly or even downright rude. Right now I have a cut on ‘h toe from my visit two days ago. I’ve been in when other customers have been cut and one even stormed out and said she wasn’t returned unless the staff could be trained to not injure people. They always take walk-ins which is nice but it’s not worth it.

I go there on and off I don't think they are overly friendly and today I was over charged for the service I was given. Also it got busy so a lot of wait time to complete the services I received because they were doing multiple people at one time
