“Hello, my name is Ricky Wilcox. I called the company during the evenings and they came over within a hour after my call. The technician Mike was great in his evaluation of what the problem was with the furnace in my house. He explained every step that he performed and was very knowledgeable of our unit.The other guy Alex who came when the part came in...and let me say that was a very fast turn around when the part was ordered on Monday...it came on Tuesday and Alex came over over way ahead of the scheduled time to replaced the old "inducer" with a new "inducer".
