I had a furnace problem yesterday and Billington was super busy I understand but the tech took time and talked me through the fix, everything worked out great just wanted to say thanks very much Billington heating Kris DeLong.
OMG!!!! I LOVE this company!!! We woke up to water leaking from our 3 year-old water heater and called- they arrived and fixed the problem in 1/2 hour and we showed them a tub fixture that multiple plumbers had "fixed" (NOT!!!) and they fixed that in 10 minutes!! Bill and Lanz are SUPERHEROES in our house. Thank you!
Saved the day! We had our first ever burst pipe and had water streaming through a light in our garage. They were able to fix the leak for us on a Sunday after the super artic cold snap and were so nice and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again.
