NP Jacob Levy is the absolute best I've been going there for over 10 years and hope he never leaves. The office staff and phone situation could be improved for sure but I always am greeted with a friendly voice once getting through. Thank you Prominis

Very professional!! Dr. Levy was very thoughtful in making sure my medical needs was discussed. Dr Levy explained everything clearly so that I understood his treatment plan for me. Thank you Dr Levy and staff for a wonderful first visit. Highly recommend this office if you want to be treated like a person and not a number.

My Dr.is on medical leave ,never had a problem with my asthma until it was time to see this Dr.Riker My Dr. treated me for 4 yrs.this man decided to change my meds ,and how to take them quess what it has been yrs I haven't gone to the emergency room until now, I need a more of an asthma specialist I made an appointment for a specialist he's on the specialist for asthma treatment I couldn't believe my eyes than he doesnt ask questions he tells you how you repeat YOU feel why do I get these doctors that dont listen I'm going to to try and find another clinic
