Excellent visit with Dr. Bigman. He is very kind and easy to talk to. Made my father feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I didn’t feel as we were rushed. He listened and answered all my questions with no hesitation.

At difference of new urgent care in the area, Doc Care staff is there for their patient not talking and wasting time on their phones. The wait time is relatively short, the front desk people are warm and friendly especially Samantha are easy to communicate with. Dr Bigman is easy to talk to and explains everything to you in terms that you can understand. His medical assistant Mayolin is warm friendly and if you are nervous around medical people she has a demeanor that can put you at ease. She has friendly and warm attitude and makes sure your history and medical records are up-to-date. She is the person to use when you need a friend at the doctor's office.
