I order propane through the Ithaca location. A few years back, my fiance was battling cancer. She took several hot baths a day. Without realizing it, we ran out of propane. We called E&V and they told me there would be a fee for coming out in an emergency. "No problem, we're fine with that. But we need it today." They came out the same day and she was able to keep taking her hot baths. Then the delivery guy realized who it was, and that she was battling cancer. The manager called us up, let us know they weren't charging the Emergency fee and wished us luck. I told them, I'll be a customer for life. It's been over 6 years now, and still get great customer service. Way to go above and beyond and do the right thing, even though we didn't expect or ask for it! Great company.
the folks at E&V have been an absolute God send. they have treated my family as their own. always very respectful and the most caring and compassionate service we have EVER had in this county!
