Joey Marrocco came in the house to check on our furnace since we didn’t have heating. Turns out the wiring of our furnace was not up to code and the thermostat wasn’t talking to the furnace. He re-wired the cable from the thermostat to the furnace, using the current coding standards. He was very polite and did his job in the necessary time. We’re very happy with his service and solution.
Quick service when our furnace stopped working. Joey M was able to quickly diagnose the problem from listening to the sounds it was making. Nate was able to repair the furnace the next day.
