“Here is a great story...... I have been looking for a HVAC guy for a long time, someone that will show up when schedule and be professional. I had a zone in my house go cold in middle of the winter, on a whim I googled and found this company Ridouts HVAC about 35 minutes from me. That day this guy Scott Ridout shows up looks at the mess I had in my basement, located the problem, swapped out the pump and our house was nice and toasty. I got talking with Scott (the owner) on my farm I have 2 houses, barn office, mother-in-law in her own apartment, and a cottage with 14 window units AC's. I am getting older so I wanted central AC. Scott gave me an estimate that I could not believe how reasonable it was. I ended up ordering 15 Fujitsu Mini splits. Scott told me about the rebates in NY State and deducted all of that from bill and processed the rebates for me. When the day came for them to start 3 trucks plus Scotts Truck shows up unloading all of this equipment, his team lead walked through all of the sites and they went to work, in a week I sold all of my old window units and have all of my property with wall mounted ACs in every room. His team was so professional my wife was pleasantly surprised. The work that they did was spotlessly clean all systems were so clean and perfectly placed. I can control all of them on the property over the internet on my iPhone. Wow. I after all these years, I now have my top HVAC team. OK next chapter... I was so happy Scott and his team with my Fujitsu Air Conditioners I asked Scott to give me another estimate. See I owned this 1864 farmhouse for 20 years. Since I had very little money my wife and I started renovating it on room at a time. After 20 years and 8-10 contractors I had a mess on my hands in the basement. Mix of radiant heat, baseboard heat, hot water tanks out of code waterlines running near electrical, it was a train wreck and unsafe. Scott did all the measurements; calculations and I ended up getting 3 Navien Boilers and tankless water heaters. One for house, one for Mother-in-Law's apartment, one for Barn. In Barn there is radiant heat in cement, office and 2 bathrooms. Scott gave me an estimate...at first I thought it has to be more expensive......but after seeing what his team did with the Air Conditioners.....I figured out why he can be so reasonable. His group of guys are so well trained and professional, they do twice what other contractors do in half the time. So I pulled the trigger.........when scheduled 3 trucks pull up same team and in about 5 days it was unbelievable what they did........So I will show you before and after.“
