Hot water tank pilot light wouldn’t stay lit.Called Ridouts at 8:30, by 1:30 Trevor arrived, put in a new thermocouple, and that quick we had our hot water back! Have used them several times and they’re always very responsive, give you an honest assessment and get the job done quickly. Highly recommend them?

Furnace quit after basement was flooded. Trevor came in a short amount of time checked out the problem and fixed it. We also had him upgrade the thermostat. When he left we had heat and all was good. He’s a very pleasant, polite young man who knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend him.
