“I am so glad I found Mike and his team....I took a risk and hired him for a basement renovation based solely on his Google reviews. He did not disappoint! He took a lot of care in his work and was thoughtful in his recommendations. While the work ended up taking a bit longer and requiring a bigger budget than anticipated, it was understandable considering that our old basement was not well taken care of and had issues we discovered when walls were taken down (e.g., fraying electrical wires and rotting wood beams). Mike was not pushy about the additions to the budget, but rather acted as a consultant....suggesting different options to solve problems that came up. Mike and his team are trustworthy, reliable, responsive and skilled in what they do. If you are as anxious as I was when I started this job, you can relax now...Mike is your guy! :-)“

Bob is the owner and boss. But he works on site with his team and make sure the job is done right. Prices are reasonable too.

“We worked with Brooklyn Insulation and Soundproofing to add insulation to our apartment. Kevin led the bidding process and was communicative and reasonable on price. Once work began, Navin and the crew were wonderful to work with - they were respectful of us and of the space, efficient, and as tidy as possible given the nature of the work. Regarding the work itself, we had cellulose insulation blown in and it has made an extraordinary difference. After multiple years, we are finally comfortable in our apartment during the cold months.
