She is a perfectionist and will not rush a job just to get to the next patient. She also is very good at explaining what she is doing and why and will patiently answer any questions you might have. Mark and his grandson came out to pump the septics at my house and a rental I own. They seemed to spend the time to really look down the opening and pumped out what needed to be pumped out. I made the appointment over the phone in advance. He showed up on time. No complaints. Not pushy about getting septic pumped every two years (like Gaggle does). 3-4 years works for 1-2 people households.
