Mark and his grandson came out to pump the septics at my house and a rental I own. They seemed to spend the time to really look down the opening and pumped out what needed to be pumped out. I made the appointment over the phone in advance. He showed up on time. No complaints. Not pushy about getting septic pumped every two years (like Gaggle does). 3-4 years works for 1-2 people households.
