As a digital artist, I value all my data. Before the repair, they backed up all my data and I didn't lose any important files even images. While in the middle of the repair, they contacted me every important step of the decision and determined the price and plan before moving forward. For the issue where the motherboard was completely damaged, they even went to buy the parts themselves so that they replaced my hardware in just 2 days. Even at the end of the day, the owner of the store gave me a discount of over a hundred dollars. They are so generous and responsible that it's no wonder they've been able to keep this store open for fifteen years!“

“I hired Lumens to replace my old water boiler with an on demand / tankless Rinnai system. Danny and his team were professional, knowledgable and great to work with. He had electrical and drywall specialists and Danny himself seems knowledgable in all areas and he did a fabulous job supervising all the work including work on the roof and running a new electrical line to our utility closet which they achieved with only two small holes in the ceiling which they then patched nicely. While installing the system they also fixed an electrical issue I had in my house at no additional charge.“

We had number of technology issues, especially with a brand new and expensive printer, which was really frustrating. We also had issues with our cell phones performance and the phones connectivity to our computers - both work and personal. Paul took each component one at a time and worked his way through. He explained to my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve. That included 3 cell phones, 2 computers and the new and expensive printer. The Silent Storm Personnel came to my home promptly and presented id and proceeded to determine with me what my IT needs were.
