“I originally contacted LJ Construction to get an estimate on replacing my roof. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. All of the workers were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up every night and did a great job. Lucas came and checked their work and made sure that I was happy. I then saw that they did bathroom and kitchen remodels. “After an exceptional job with my siding I called Queen City Home Pros to do my roof replacement. I needed a complete tear off and all the board replaced as my home was built in the early 1900's. “Heidi was so wonderful. She gave me quotes for multiple sizes and designs. Sent me pictures of styles so that we could do the entire order remotely. Delivery was right on time and her delivery guy Aaron was a pleasure to work with and was patient with placing the shed and offering to reposition if needed to get it just right. Delivery was easy and did not destroy our yard. The shed is great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. “Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule.
