I had a very slight leak in my faucet when it was turned on. I figured I would just need a new washer. The plumber even said he was leaving to get a new washer. He returned and we shut off the water going to the sink. But while he was working he called me to say he needed the water to the whole house shut down. He left again saying he was given the wrong size washer. He came back and finished the job. When he called me in to show me I noticed the entire faucet had been replaced. I told him I didn't want a new faucet. He told me they didn't make the washer I needed anymore so he had to buy a new system. Happy to say these guys are now my plumbers. They came immediately, took care of the problem same day. Very reasonable price AND they actually follow up to make sure all is working properly. PS this is after Roto rooter wanted to charge 10x as much to do unnecessary work! Highly recommend.
