If you're looking for a top-notch home inspector in the greater Buffalo area, hire Empire State Inspections. The owner Andrew Utnik did an unbelievably thorough job inspecting a home I was under contract for in Buffalo. First, he responded within an hour of my calling him, was very respectful and responsive and made himself available on a tight schedule stipulated by the current home owner. Andy went through the house with a fine tooth comb for eight hours, sussing out problems small and (very) large saving me from making a costly mistake.
