Rick was the absolute best money we spent on our future home. He was able to point out things most people would have missed, at a price point where we included as many of his services as possible because of the value. Incredible attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and an integral part of our home buying experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a home inspection or testing at this point - Rick can do it and he does it best!

In November of 2023 my wife and I had Rick come and perform a property inspection on a house we were purchasing. I CAN NOT say enough great things about him and his company. He spent three hours at that house, combing through everything. And I mean, EVERYTHING. He crawled up in the attic, got down on his hands and knees, looked at virtually every square inch of that house. He then filled out an inspection report and had it emailed to me within a day. The report was very thorough and had highlighted pictures of where and what needed work, many recommendations, and most importantly, peace of mind. If you need an inspection, there's only one company to call.
