Recently used STR on a project we had some structure issues with. From day 1 I realized the intelligence of Len & felt I had the right person for the job. He spotted many concerns & fixed them all exceeding my expectations. 32 years in the business, to find someone who cares this much about what they do and is on the job personally is rare. Thanks, we will be using you again!

STR – Southern Tier Residential – the work and workers are phenomenal. About 5 years ago I listed my house for sale, with no offers. Recurring feedback was they liked the house, but the floors are sloped or the floors are slanted, or tilted. I took the house off the market and did some cosmetic repairs but over the next few years the floors continued to drop dramatically. I started my search to get the sinking floors corrected. I made many calls and a few people came out to take a look. No one wanted to go in the crawl space or take on the work. I was striking out trying to find any help. We cannot say enough great things about this team of people- amazing professionals and great work ethic! Honest and transparent with us during the entire project-came in on budget even with unpredictable market prices on lumber and supplies-worked diligently every day and cared about getting the job done right-true character!! Would highly recommend !!!! Easily a 5 star company!!!
