Very pleasant on the phone awnsered all my questions even when I called back second time with more questions and eliminated my concerns and got me more excited about working with them cant wait for new home
Visited my parents place over in Derby location, Roads and streets inside park need to be attended to with garbage and trash pick up at entrance , My parents had trouble with there pipes freezing this winter , The onsite office was helpful and they got great maintenance personnel always on call, Only downfall is the owner of the property likes to try and cut corners and likes to take his time with bigger problems concerning up keep and safety issues regarding concrete work around homes .
