“It's not the place, it was the doctor whom I went to see, Dr. Jamie Streicher! (pronounced like Striker) After about 17 years I decided for health reasons to leave my awesome primary care provider to find a closer new one, and I have finally found a primary care provider that is just as awesome as my last one! Dr. Streicher is totally amazing and everyone in her staff is great, super nice even when I talk to much, lol! Dr. Streicher was very thorough and asked all of the helpful questions needed about my health history, which other doctors notes already on file. No pressure Dr. Jamie Streicher ? but you and your office staff are amazing, so don't prove me wrong now LOL!“

“Every visit starts with the office staff and they are efficient, highly competent and kind. My MD, Dr Thierman is probably the best Internist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. He is highly knowledgeable, and an excellent critical thinker(puts the pieces together quickly and correctly to make great medical decisions and diagnoses) and very personable. I count myself as being very lucky to have Dr Eric Thierman and his practice as my Primary Medical Provider....“

“Today I was reminded why I love Niagara Dermatology! Due to Covid I haven’t been there in about 2 years … I was reminded how friendly and efficient everyone in the office is! I have a difficult time scheduling and often have to reschedule due to a very busy life and they are so easy about it, respectful and always get me in !! “Our son was born last month and we've been here for the first three appointments so far. All I can say is wow! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Our wait is never more than just a few minutes. The appointments themselves are very thorough and they go over all the details with us and answer any questions we have. I have not felt any discomfort while here and everything is very clean and tidy. Our son sees a couple of doctors but Dr. Tony is the best and always goes out of his way to say hello and check on our son when we're there at least for a quick minute. Very happy we've found such a good doctor for our son right from the start.“

“My journey to recovery began when I was debilitated by excruciating sciatic pain that radiated from my lower back down to my left ankle. Simple tasks like standing or walking became unbearable, and even sitting brought discomfort. The pain was a constant 10, disrupting my sleep and daily life.

After trying various chiropractors without success and considering spine surgery, I turned to Novelli Wellness Center in Orchard Park, NY, for spinal decompression treatments. Initially, I underwent three sessions a week for five weeks, followed by two sessions a week for three weeks. Through X-rays and an MRI, I discovered I had stenosis and a degenerative disk in my lower lumbar (L3 & L4).

It took about three treatments before I started feeling relief, and each subsequent session brought further improvement. Now, I'm thrilled to be resuming most of my pre-injury activities. A recent X-ray comparison after twenty treatments showed remarkable progress - the previously pinched nerve in my lower lumbar disk (L3 & L4) had expanded from 2.5mm to 5.5mm.

“Yes although the wait time was an hour. The neurologist was very familiar and knowledgeable with what he was doing and the problems, I found my new neurologist what’s an hr wait to get the things you need done“

“I am not a medically needy person per say...I'm healthy and rarely ever do I need to contact a doctor...but obviously I have one for yearly physicals and than anything else that might pop up. I've had a few different doctors over the years... I'm not a person who just picks a place and sticks with it unless I really like it, I never liked any of my primary doctors that I've had in past years so I never stuck with them, I didn't like their attitude walking in like they were God Almighty not listening to anything that you say or trying to make a problem out of nothing etc...2 years ago I found Southgate medical where I have my new doctor (Redenbach) and so far I'm loving it! I never wait long when I go in there... usually I'm called right away, the girls at the counter are always awesome, my doctor is younger which I am grateful for, she's very personable knows how to laugh, isn't stiff or stuffy like most physicians... really makes you feel like you've known her forever which makes you feel more comfortable being there, let's face it nobody likes to go to the Dr. and it's always hard to find time to even go! Finding a doctor who acts like a real human being and also treats you like a human being it's really promising!! I am hopeful she is the very last doctor I will ever need, she's the kind of person/doctor that I would follow if she left the group. One perk I also like is they actually pay attention to their patient portal unlike other places, if I ever send any test results or anything else that pops up or I have a question that it does not need a office visit or phone call they are totally on the ball with it!“
