We got call from Kim who said "Brian" could be here at 8:15. Promptly and cheerfully he knocked at 8:15. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. Their fee was extremely fair. “We've used this plumbing service for quite a few years and have recommended them to many people. 2 years ago we had them remove a garbage disposal from under our sink and reconnect the drains. But last week we saw a leak where the drains were reconnected. Called the office and they apologized for the work that was done and within 5 days they sent over someone to fix the problem, at no charge to us. We really appreciate how this company stands by their work and will continue to use them in the future“

“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you“

“Great experience. A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. All-in cost dramatically less than replacing the reefer. They are far better than Samsung's almost non-existent service.Service: Refrigerator repair“

They are very honest and trustworthy, happy to do what I ask, but only recommending services that are actually needed. Skilled at repairing rather than replacing things. Determined to do quality work. I had purchased a repair ring to repair the flange, but Tim preferred a different style ring, which he had with him and used instead at no extra charge. “We recently had problems with our AC unit, which was installed by Albany Mechanical just over a year ago. The compressor had trouble starting or wouldn’t start at all. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, Albany Mechanical worked to solve the problem. They took a systematic/methodical approach replacing one component at a time to determine root cause. Each component needed some run-time to confirm if it was the root cause of the problem or not. After replacing the contactor relay, the main breaker, and the capacitor, it was ultimately determined to be a failed pressure switch on the coolant line, which was replaced, and the problem was solved. Each step of the way, Albany Mechanical was very quick to respond, conscientious, and listened carefully to my input and observations. Plus, they honored the warrantee to ensure all my costs were covered, at no charge to me. Though it took some time to figure out (that’s how trouble-shooting works), the team did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work and their approach.“

They diagnosed it over the phone with me, but talked me through the after hours pricing...and we decided that I could wait until the next day and get the same repair for less money.
