“Great quality of work on our Hardie Siding. They be came in to redo the work another contractor had completely messed up. Don’t trust Hardie batten board siding to just anyone… we learned the hard way. The whole team was fantastic, Brittaney, Alfonso, Caro, Pauline, and the whole crew. They were on time (often waiting outside early), we would get constant communication of what was done. They communicated any issues that might arise and were really reasonable and just good people.“

“I called very upset after hearing from the sales rep that there may be delay in getting my door. I have been waiting months for this door from Andersen. He transferred me to another department and the rep that picked up was named Alex I believe. I feel bad because I really unloaded on him. However I truly regret doing so. He was the kindest person to talk to. He assured me everything was ok and that I was in good hands. He even checked the ship date on Andersen's site for me and it turned out to shipping a little earlier. He was really sympathetic to how I felt and explained this happens every now and then and it really was not worth getting really upset, but understood why I was. My goodness, he should be a psychologist. I really do feel better after taking with him. So if anyone who is in my situation reading this, just be calm, there are worse things that can happen and we should expect companies to have delays these days. I felt that it was right letting people know that there are really good people like Alex at Windowrama. Don't just go by the reviews.“

“Can’t recommend DiCostanzo Home Improvements enough! Tony the owner is a honest, hard working and diligent man who pays attention to detail. He did my roof in Kings Park and we are damn glad he did, it came out amazing and was done the right way. Tony was the only roofer who explained how he needed to remove some siding and install ice shield up the outside walls and it would take some more time to get it done. Not one other roofer even mentioned they would do this, When I asked Tony he said that’s because it’s the right way and we take our time to do it right. On the last day when they were almost done (2 day job)Tony did not like the look of some flashing against my brick, it was water tight but according to Tony it was not aesthetically up to his standards. Most roofers would said screw it good enough and leave but he came back the next day and completely re-did it to make it not only look 100% but function 100%. If you need a roof, siding, gutters or windows I highly recommend going with DiCostanzo his price was moreThan fair for the quality of the work and attention to detail he brings to the job.
