1 Star because they won't let me give 0. Customer service sucks. There is no communication. If you try to initiate, you get sent to a VM box that is full. Definitely would not recommend unless you have nothing to do with your time. I was told 4-6 weeks and now going on 3 months with ZERO explanation from the company. I would love to say "oh, COVID" but I placed the order during the pandemic so delays should have been accounted for. This is just a poorly managed company. Update: I have now canceled my order. Despite sending an email to the email address below- I received no acknowledgement. I found the seniors director of operations on LinkedIn and messaged him. His exact words were, "I will follow up". That was a week ago and I haven't heard boo. So I stand by my original post.
