Had a warranty replacement issue and the installer Logan was excellent. He was professional, courteous, timely, and explained potential issues of why and then work he provided. Extremely satisfied.

Based on positive feedback from a neighbor, I set up an appointment and two weeks later, received the installation. Logan and Roberto arrived on time and went right to work. The bathtub badly needed an update, and the newly installed tub/shower unit is amazing. It included new chrome fixtures and a new shower rod. This is an 80-year-old house, which has a bathroom window in the middle of the wall, but Logan and Roberto were able to work the Bath Fitter product around that window and even added a beautiful window frame as an accent. The work was completed in the estimated time frame that was described, and I could not be more pleased with the result. Thanks again guys.
