First went to Vista Opticals for new glasses after cataract surgery (early 2021). The chain optical seller I had previously used left the impression that they were more interested in maximizing the $ amount of the sale, and not in the best interest of the customer. Not so here! He took plenty of time to explain options and was way more helpful in handling the insurance end of the transaction. Maximum satisfaction on my part.Recently had an incident where I popped out a lens and slightly bent the frame. This place has the best customer service ever! Joe is so friendly and helpful. Once, when I came in to buy new frames because mine had broken, he fixed them for free! Customer for life.

Had my glasses in a week and they were perfect. Great job by Joe Osborne’s easy in and out. Had my glasses done by vision work’s where my insurance is, I’m always told to try them for a week. I know my eyes, had them for 65 years. Told vision works I couldn’t see . They told me to try them for a week. So I decided to go to Dr. Jeff Zondermann who did my exam. Perfect glasses in a week This is after my eyes changed from Dec- 20 to March 21. Very happy with vista optical vs vision works. Would give them a 10 star if I could.
